How to Report a Claim
Claims may be reported 24/7 by agent or the insured. Notice of each incident, claim or suit should be immediately reported to FPD Claims.
Claims Handling
Etesian Underwriters uses FPD Claims, LLC for all claims handling.
FPD Specialty Lines Division works on the management and administration of all classes of professional liability claims and legal defense, but with particular emphasis on Professional Indemnity, Architects & Engineers, Lawyers, Insurance Agents & Brokers, Real Estate Agents & Brokers, Oil & Gas, Employment Practices, Directors & Officers, and Financial Lines Insurance as well as Allied Health and Cyber.
Steps to Take to File a Claim
When reporting a claim, please include the following:
Policy number
Date of loss
Description of loss
Name and contact information of the person submitting the claim
Please refer to your policy for the complete list of your duties in the event of a claim.
