Claims may be reported 24/7 by agent or the insured. Notice of each incident, claim or suit should be immediately reported to DWF Claims.

Steps to Take to File a Claim
When reporting a claim, please include the following:
Policy number
Date of loss
Description of loss
Name and contact information of the person submitting the claim
Please refer to your policy for the complete list of your duties in the event of a claim.
