Michael R. Whitbeck
Chief Executive Officer
Michael brings over 20 years of underwriting experience within the Financial Institutions Management and Professional Liability marketplaces. Prior to joining Mission Michael was Vice President at AmTrust Financial where he ran their Financial Institutions book and team of 10 underwriters for just under 10 years.
He has also spent time working in Financial Institutions for AIG, CNA, and Protx Risk Management prior to AmTrust and Mission.
Michael is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS/BA in Finance and Insurance with a minor in Negotiations. Michael resides in Titusville, NJ with his wife and two sons.
Mark Vittoria
Vice President
Mark has approximately fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry, with extensive experience in underwriting, product development, and regional development roles. A skilled veteran in the traditional Financial Institutions space, he has the ability to think outside the box to help find solutions for the ever-changing F.I. world.
Mark’s experience in the Financial Institutions sector includes roles at AIG, Protx Risk, AmTrust, and CNA. Prior to joining the insurance world, Mark spent a decade in accounting, auditing and running business offices. Mark is a graduate of Roger Williams University with a BS in Accounting with Minors in Psychology and Computer Information Systems.
Outside of insurance, Mark stays adventurous spending time traveling, scuba diving, playing paintball and hockey. He resides in Howell, NJ with his wife and dog.
